The company employs more than 30,000 people at approximately 300 locations in North America and South America.A Day In The Life Typically Includes:Operations Excellence Specialist Change ManagementThe Operations Excellence Specialist will utilize leadership, influence, operations experience and communication abilities to analyze and identify change improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems at multiple GP Manufacturing sites. They will work with project team members and site team members in capturing strategic value opportunities and implementing proven operating practices within a core set of designated workstreams: Management Systems; Organization; Production; and Asset Care. These workstreams are designed to improve a sites competitive position in regard to OEE, cost, quality, reliability, risk reduction, and overall operations excellence capability. OpEx Specialists will need the ability and courage to coach several levels of leadership, including front line leaders, and shop floor technicians. Progress in achieving improvement opportunities will be continuously measured and communicated against established baselines. They will address barriers impacting progress in a professional and collaborative manner.The position will be home-based, requires 90% travel, and working in a manufacturing/industrial environment. This role is a new capability. It will have high visibility with key site and corporate leadership and will be working on a team to deliver significant financial bets to the business.
