Manager, HR Operations
The Senior Manager / Manager, is an integral part of the HR leadership team. He/she serves as leader for operational excellence in support of the overall talent strategy and programs that drive profitable growth and enable the business to deliver on its business commitments. Role reports to the Chief People Officer .
Enables HR operational excellence through effective use and presentation of qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Build data analytics strategy and dashboard to measure HR operational effectiveness and efficiency. Leveraging internal and external sources, define benchmark metrics and determine appropriate calculations for evaluation. Gather/scrutinize, organize and analyze data from multiple sources and prepare graphs, reports, presentations and dashboards to communicate findings and drive needed improvements.
Direct, coordinate, and advise HR Ops-related activities . Elicit feedback regarding the effectiveness of HR Ops services and activities and, when appropriate, modify activities. Manage initiatives to drive operational excellence across HR Ops.
Create and manage team process that will deliver business success . Including, but limited to, budget tracking and management, vendor management including vendor life cycle, RFP, contracting and payment, HR Communications and event / meeting
Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with key HR and business leaders. Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
Leverage relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies. Supervise the development of actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights
Provide key HR information to the organization in a way that is purposeful, timely and convenient. Draft and manage messaging related to HR vision and strategy, talent processes, learning and development programs, total rewards, board presentations and stakeholder communications. Develop and lead communication plans that leverage multiple communication channels, including effective feedback loops. Create and manage HR master calendar and align with North Highland global calendar to ensure effective cadence of information.
Work collaboratively across global services to represent and integrate HR operations in to overall NH operations
Interpret data and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities . Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to define underlying problems and drive continuous improvement of talent priorities. Be an insights advocate that reviews external data and trends and provides relevant insight back into the business. Work across HR to understand and leverage insights to guide next generation programs.
Support HR transformation. Working with HR leadership team, help drive and implement talent programs including logistic support, execution and communications. As assigned, work on project team in support of HR initiatives.
Build expertise in talent systems (workday / cornerstone) to support data and analytics and reporting.

Experience handing sensitive information
Working exposure to all parts of human resources (HRBP, COEs and Shared Services)
Worked within a matrix organization; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.
Successful experience in creating, implementing and executing plans for business
Coordinated and managed cross-functional projects or priorities, given multiple competing perspectives
Expert skills in Power Point and Excel
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field
5+ years progressive experience in project management or operations or equivalent experience
Professional experience in a fast-paced environment
Superior project management skills, particularly with respect to organization, prioritization, and time management
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical or financial information to a non-technical audience
