ERM is seeking a self-starter HR Operations Assistant to support the human resource function in a dynamic and growing organization. Based in Atlanta, GA, this position will assist with the delivery and ongoing administration of programs in a variety of areas including HRIS, payroll and benefits.This is a great opportunity to work for a global environmental leader in an exciting industry!RESPONSIBILITIES:Administrator and manager of company award programs for North AmericaRun and analyze report requestsProcess employee related data requests such as employment verifications and unemployment claims.Administer exiting paperwork and process for separating employees.Data entry as needed into HRIS and payroll systems.Provide backup and assistance to other members of HR Ops team, particularly during bi-weekly payroll process.Assist with maintaining HR documents on company intranet.Create tracking for special arrangements made to new and transferring employees.Facilitate the administration of the companys training site.Administer company American Express Program.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in HR, Business or relevant experience.Minimum of 3 years of HR/HRIS experienceHands on working knowledge of Workday and ADP strongly preferred.Able to work with time sensitive deliverables.Intermediate/advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.Detailed oriented and analytical skills with superb follow through.Able to take initiative, yet know when to seek direction.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proven oral and written communication skills.Well organized and able to effectively prioritize requirements.Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.TO APPLY:Please submit your resume and brief cover letter below.Qualified candidates will be contacted by email, and requested to complete a pre-interview questionnaire.
