The portfolio budget for these services totals in excess of $25MM and includes Digital Analytics, the Global Digital Marketing platform (GO!) and our Digital Asset Management eco-system. Each of these digital services is managed as an end-to-end business and thus require high demands in business operations.The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overall routines to manage the TCCC Global Digital Services portfolio budget - from collection of customer funds to capability expense management and articulating the value generated by those services to customers. The ideal candidate is a positive, upbeat person, who is obsessively detail-oriented with a background in accounting and finance. They have a love for all things operations and are wired to see a process, find its gaps, and make it more efficient.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:TCCC Relationships Develop and maintain relationships with field financial teams, field budget owners, vendor finance contacts, corporate customers, corporate finance, and capability leads and other budget managers. Liaise with corporate finance to understand new processes as well as review and resolve portfolio risk.Strategy and Business PlanningCoordinate portfolio business planning process. Define plan and key milestones for Global Digital Service ABP and steward process. Develop and implement common templates and processes to support effort. Schedule review sessions for capability leadership and track actions to completion.Budget Planning and Allocation - Assist in overall portfolio leadership with budget planning and allocation. Gather and report on portfolio budget needs during business planning cycles. (Budget needs determined by Digital Service owners). Develop models for allocating costs to customers based on evolving business needs and structures with guidance from portfolio leadership. Develop presentations and documents that communicate costs to customers during business planning cycle and ongoing. Assist portfolio leadership with communicating costs during business planning cycleValue and Usage - Manage and communicate quarterly usage and value across capabilities. Measure how much each capability is being used and by whom. Develop and maintain models which calculate ROI for each capability. Measure the return on investment of each capability based on the amount charged compared with the value created and time saved from the capabilities offered. Create and publish visual reports.Annual Budget Setup - Submit advance funding requests to Finance for work that needs to start prior to fiscal budgets commencing. Submit new Campaign/Project requests based on funding sources. Estimate field campaign credit limits and submit requestsCollections - Manage billing process and work flow automation system (Snap) and work with Snap team to evolve Billing capability as needs evolve. Train capability team members on how to submit billing requests via Snap. Manage Snap billing support queue by answering questions that come into the queue. Address customer queries/escalations regarding service costs on ongoing basis. Lead monthly collections reconciliation and issue resolution process (run SAP reports, identify issues, create tailored reports, work with necessary parties to resolve). Submit one-off charge backs (Janrain) and track until collected. Troubleshoot and help resolve issues with Field chargebacks (exchange rates, campaign budgets, audits, etc). Provide custom reporting
