Management of Reporting Activities and Process Improvement ? Delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports for the US Region provide support to the UK/ROW operation. ? Set up the appropriate metrics to measure capacity and output from the team and use to deliver maximum value to the business ? Become the US region Data Management interface to the business, manage the teams service delivery and effectively partner with key stakeholders to produce enhanced dashboard style reporting ? Promote the DM brand, educating the business on the service we provide. ? Provide training to the business on new or current reporting techniques ? Identify necessary change processes and implement through controlled change mechanisms ? To work as one team with Data Management, IT and our outsource providers. ? Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required by the Data Management team. ? Provide leadership, direction, development and support to the MI reporting team in the US Business analysis ? Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand, analyse, articulate and implement requirements for changes to business processes. ? Provide business interface and analysis for any change requests relating to Beazley Intelligence (BI) that come into the data management team to ensure that requirements are fully captured. ? Work with the BI team to ensure that any requirements enable them to accurately estimate the effort required and that a suitable solution is implemented. ? Partner with the business to identify requirements for internal and external data. Project support ? Help prioritise and drive the scoping of data related projects at Beazley, this will cover: o Data capture improvement projects o Reporting/analytics projects. ? Represent data management on projects to deliver our strategy and drive adoption of our data and BI systems ? Assist with business cases to be delivered by data related projects and support strategic initiatives ? Ensure that any enhancements/change requests are checked against existing projects to make sure there is no duplication of effort
