Company – Supporting internal business improvement initiatives and maintaining business data

 Provides analytical data and process support for promoting data organization, data structure, and data analytics related to the improvement of client delivery business initiatives

 Proactively monitors and analyzes trends in delivery and sales execution and compliance; clearly communicates these trends to management in a timely manner

 Performs data analysis and reporting including, but not limited to, monthly executive reports and delivery-specific detailed reporting on an as needed basis

 Produces meaningful executive level summarization, exceptions, and recommendations for improvement

 Develops new reports and dashboards to accommodate changing business needs

 Performs quality audits on documentation posted in SharePoint and shares findings

 Supports the annual appraisal process by gathering employee feedback data for managers

 Works with Resource Management to assist in trending HR surveys to identify opportunities for improvement

 Complies with CTG processes and methods

Customer – Supports and trends data that leads to client satisfaction improvements

 Creates, coordinates, distributes, and reports progress of external client surveys and consultant quality assessments

 Serves as the backup KLAS point of contact and helps in gathering data and information

 Communicates clearly and concisely, using appropriate level of detail, terminology and style

 Bachelor’s degree preferred

 Expertise of QuickBase software or other Project Management software tools

 Expertise of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Access, Visio, and SharePoint

 Working knowledge of process improvement and project management

 Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare consulting practiceen communication skills, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
