The USCG TISCOM TESS program provides critical services and support to meet the demands of the USCG mission. TISCOM responsibilities include providing reliable enterprise IT services and responsive technical support for Coast Guard men and women around the globe as it develops, deploys, and supports the information technology (IT) infrastructure for the USCG Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) (e.g., CGOne), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and Top Secret (e.g., Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System [JWICS], Gold) networks for land, aviation, and sea based assets. Requirements include O&M of existing systems to engineering/deployment of new capabilities. USCG TISCOM is an environment that mixes physical and virtual technologies, utilizing a collaboration of many different vendors. CSRA is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Alexandria, VA. Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret government security clearance.
The USCG Account Business Operations Analyst will primarily support the Program level and Project level activities on behalf of the USCG Program Manager and USCG Account Manager. The BOA integrates relationships between customer contract activities and the business units / central corporate functions to ensure success in meeting contractual and corporate goals and objectives. The BOA identifies and facilitates resolution of operational issues and acts as a liaison between corporate shared services, internal business units, and customer requirements.
Provides contract and project administration support including:
Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates including subcontractors.
Assures peer review / QA’ing of all work products.
Generates status and progress reports.
Assures timely submission of deliverables.
Maintain content on SharePoint sites for the account and program / projects.
Create, update, and maintain training and familiarization material for the account, programs, and projects.
Assist the USCG Account Manager with all aspects of growing the business to include sales projections, coordinating capture activities, and preparing for response to solicitations.
Attend meetings on behalf of the account manager.
Must possess a Master Degree or equivalent.
Must possess an Interim Secret or higher clearance.
