Linium Customer Service Manager (Payroll Operations) in Albany, New York
Linium has an immediate need for a talented and innovative Customer Service Manager to join a fast growing Capital Region-based business. Our client is a dynamic leader in providing cloud-based business solutions designed exclusively for growing companies. As the Customer Service Manager you will provide coaching and support to an inside customer service team while leading them to new levels of success. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all training programs for existing employees as well as new hires, promoting an energetic and enthusiastic work environment and managing workflow and establishing goals. This position offers a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, depending upon experience.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Associates Degree or higher in Business or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years managing a customer service team
• Previous experience working for an established payroll provider is REQUIRED
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
• Well versed in human resource policies, payroll and employee benefits strongly desired
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite
