Responsibilities:

RoleSummary/Key Objectives-

This roleis part of a team responsible for the continuous operation and performance ofOcwen network Security. This position will provide operational leadership andvendor oversight on problem determination and problem resolution for securityproblems within the enterprise data network. This person will be responsiblefor driving problems to resolution through methodical troubleshooting and byworking with our network support vendors. This position will ensure highquality security service delivery through daily monitoring of vendorperformance, responsiveness to security problems, crisis management, andadherence to service levels and security service improvement initiatives. Thisposition will be responsible for joint planning and vendor oversight forsecurity-related change activity. A person in this role is expected to respondto high impact issues on a 24x7 basis, participating in a rotating on callschedule with other team members.

Specific areas of responsibility are:

  • Provide tier II/tier III support for network securitysystems and infrastructure.

  • Provide leadership during firewall and VPN problemdetermination efforts.

  • Provide planning and vendor oversight for firewalland VPN changes.

  • Operate and improve services in accordance withbusiness needs, priorities and SLAs

  • Drive process improvements and procedures that willimprove overall Security Service Delivery to the customer.

  • Ensure uniformity of security service delivery andattainment of all business and customer objectives.

  • Develop improved processes to improve firewall andVPN service reliability and availability.

  • Provide periodic performance reports for review withmanagement providing input on improvements and quality initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Penetration testing,Network Security, System Security.

  • Deep Understanding of SecurityMeasure Plans.

  • Working knowledge of common networkdevices, Windows and Unix Operating systems, and common database platforms.

  • Possess working knowledge in theareas of vulnerability management. InfoSec Management, Patch Management, WebProtocols, Cloud Computing, Security Assessment models.

  • Demonstrate 3-4 years of technicalexperience in OS/Network Vulnerability Scanner.

  • Experienced working in similarmultinational environment with intercultural competence and working withvirtual teams.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn andable to work in an independent manner.

  • An effective communicator withexceptional analytical, technical, negotiation and relationship management skillswith the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

  • Strong verbal and written Englishcommunication, effective interpersonal and presentation skills should haveability to work with minimal levels of supervision.
